Thank you for shopping with Senpai’s Secret. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order — especially if you are ordering a Pre-Order or Custom item, as fulfillment timelines differ from standard in-stock orders.

1. Order Types & Processing Times
We currently offer three types of orders:
A. Pre-Order Items
Most items in our store are made-to-order and sold as Pre-Orders. This means your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order.
• Processing & production time: approximately 2–3 weeks
• International shipping via YunExpress to the United States: 5–15 business days
• Estimated total time from order to delivery: 4–6 weeks
Pre-Order items are clearly labeled on their product pages. By purchasing a Pre-Order item, you acknowledge and accept this fulfillment timeline.
B. In-Stock Items
Select items may be available as ready-to-ship In-Stock products, shipped from our location in Southern California.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Domestic shipping via local carrier: 2–5 business days
• Estimated total time: 3–8 business days
In-Stock availability is shown on the product page. If an item shows “In Stock,” it will ship from our California location.
C. Custom / “Make It Yours” Orders
Custom and personalized orders are made exclusively to your specifications and require additional production time.
• Production time: approximately 3–4 weeks
• International shipping via YunExpress: 5–15 business days
• Estimated total time: 4–7 weeks
Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your specifications carefully before submitting.
2. Why Our Pre-Order Times Are Longer
Senpai’s Secret is an independent, small-batch brand. Every piece is crafted with care, and most items are made to order to avoid waste and ensure freshness of inventory. We do not stock large quantities in a warehouse.
We partner with YunExpress, a trusted international logistics specialist, for cross-border shipping. Their U.S. service uses a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) clearance model, meaning your package clears customs before final delivery — no surprise fees at the door.
We understand waiting 4–6 weeks is a commitment. In return, you receive:
• A piece made specifically for you
• Quality control before shipment
• Discreet, plain packaging (see Section 6)
• Full door-to-door tracking, every step of the way
3. Order Cutoff & Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
For Pre-Order and Custom items, production begins after payment is successfully processed and confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
4. Shipping Carriers
Pre-Order & Custom Items — International:
Your order ships through YunExpress, an established global logistics provider founded in 2014 that handles cross-border deliveries for major platforms including Amazon and Shopify merchants worldwide. They specialize in fast, fully-tracked shipping into the United States.
• Door-to-door tracking, viewable any time at yunexpress.com or through our shipping confirmation email
• Final-mile delivery handled by trusted U.S. carriers, so your package arrives through the same local delivery network you already know
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) clearance: customs duties are handled in advance, so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives
In-Stock Items — Domestic:
• Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected based on destination and package weight)
• Tracking number provided at time of shipment
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
• In-Stock orders: tracking provided on the day of shipment
• Pre-Order & Custom orders: tracking provided within 1–3 business days of the item leaving our production facility
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier’s system to update. International packages may show limited tracking events during transit — this is normal.

6. Discreet Packaging
We understand that privacy matters. All orders, regardless of order type, are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no branding, product description, or any indication of the contents visible on the outside of the package.
Your billing statement will show “MUGENSOZO LLC” as the charge descriptor — not “Senpai’s Secret.” If you have any questions about an upcoming charge before it appears on your statement, please contact us at senpaisecret@mugensozo.com before initiating a dispute.
7. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
YunExpress operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) clearance model for U.S.-bound shipments. In most cases, import duties and taxes are included and will not be charged to you upon delivery.
However, due to ongoing changes in U.S. customs and trade policy, we cannot guarantee that additional fees will never apply. In the event that customs authorities require additional fees beyond what has been covered, those charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
For international orders shipped to countries other than the United States: import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
• If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at senpaisecret@mugensozo.com
• We can update your address if the order has not yet entered production or been handed to the carrier
• Once shipped, address changes may not be possible and re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer
9. If Something Goes Wrong
We want every order to arrive safely, and we stand behind every package we send. While items are technically in the carrier’s care once they leave us, you are never on your own if there is a problem.
If your package is lost, delayed well beyond the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at senpaisecret@mugensozo.com with your order number. We will personally open an investigation with the carrier, keep you updated throughout, and work with you toward a fair resolution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or another solution that makes it right.
Because every piece is made specifically for you, we ask that you contact us first so we can help directly. We’re a small team and we genuinely care about getting your order to you.
10. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-Order items may be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. After 24 hours, or once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
To request a cancellation within the eligible window, email senpaisecret@mugensozo.com with your order number and “CANCELLATION REQUEST” in the subject line.
11. Delays & Force Majeure
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Senpai’s Secret is not liable for delays caused by:
• Shipping carrier delays or operational disruptions
• Customs inspections or border processing
• Natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events outside our control
• Peak shipping seasons (November–January) where carrier volumes are high
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us and we will do our best to provide an update.
