What to tell us so we can help faster
- Order questions — include your order number and the email address you ordered with.
- Sizing — send your bust, underbust, waist and hip in inches plus the piece you are looking at, and we will tell you which size we would cut for you. If a piece is a bad fit for your measurements, we will say so.
- Custom or made-to-measure — start at Make It Yours, which takes a limited number of requests each month.
- Press, wholesale or collaborations — say which one in the subject line.
Answers you probably don't need to wait for
- Which size am I? The size chart lists body measurements in inches for XS–3XL. One-size pieces are cut in 4-way stretch with adjustable ties and fit XS through 3XL/4XL.
- When will it arrive? Everything is made to order: about 3 days to make, then 2–3 weeks in transit to a US address.
- How do I wash it? Every product page has a Materials & Care panel under the add-to-cart button.

Who you are writing to
Senpai's Secret is an independent anime fantasywear label. Every piece is an original design — no licensed characters and no fan-art prints — drawn as a character archetype, drafted as a CAD pattern, then designed in California and made to order. The label launched on Kickstarter in May 2026 and was funded at 125%. The designer behind it is Senpai Saki.
